Our website forms, phone line and WhatsApp chat are for business enquiries only. Do not include protected health information or any other patient details in a form, email, call or message. If you need to share patient information as part of an engagement, we will arrange a secure method under the agreements that apply.

When you use our contact form, RCM assessment or guide download, we receive the details you enter. Depending on the form, this can include your name, work email, phone number, practice name, practice type, area of interest, approximate monthly claim volume, your assessment answers and your message.
If you call us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number and what you tell us. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp LLC under its own terms and privacy policy.
We use this information to respond to you, prepare recommendations you asked for and, if you agreed, follow up about our services.
Information collected automatically
The website does not use cookies, analytics tools or advertising trackers.
Like any website, our hosting and security services process technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used to deliver the site and to protect it from attacks and abuse.

Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and monitored hosting infrastructure to protect information sent through the website. No method of transmission is completely secure.
